Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

Candidates must be unmarried male or female and:

  • A citizen of India, or

  • A subject of Nepal, or

  • A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, and East African countries with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Age Limit

  • Candidates must be born between January 2, 2007, and January 1, 2010 (both dates inclusive).

Educational Qualifications

  • For Army Wing of NDA: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination.

  • For Air Force and Naval Wings of NDA and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy: 12th Class pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent.

Application Fee

  • General/OBC Candidates: ₹100/-

  • SC/ST/Female Candidates: Exempted

Payment can be made through:

  • Net Banking of SBI

  • Visa/Master/RuPay Credit/Debit Card

  • UPI Payment

  • Pay by Cash option at any SBI Branch

Selection Process

  1. Written Examination:

    • Mathematics: 120 questions, 300 marks

    • General Ability Test (GAT): 150 questions, 600 marks

    • Duration: 2.5 hours for each paper

    • Mode: Offline (Pen and Paper)

  2. SSB Interview:

    • Candidates who qualify the written exam will be called for the Services Selection Board (SSB) interview, which assesses intelligence and personality.

The examination will be conducted at various centers across India. Candidates can choose their preferred examination center while filling out the application form.
