🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have:

  • Matriculation/SSLC plus ITI from recognized institutions of NCVT/SCVT in relevant trades.
    OR

  • Matriculation/SSLC plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in the relevant trades.
    OR

  • Matriculation/SSLC plus three years Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile Engineering or a combination of various streams of these Engineering disciplines from a recognized Institution in lieu of ITI.

Age Limit (as on July 1, 2025):

  • Minimum Age: 18 years

  • Maximum Age: 30 years

  • Age Relaxation: Applicable as per government norms for reserved categories.

💰 Application Fee

  • General/OBC/EWS: ₹500/-

  • SC/ST/PwD/Ex-Servicemen/Female/Transgender/Minorities/Economically Backward Class: ₹250/- (refundable after deducting bank charges upon appearing in CBT-1)

  • Payment Mode: Online through Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking.

📝 Selection Process

The selection process comprises:

  1. First Stage CBT (Computer Based Test): Screening test.

  2. Second Stage CBT: Part A and Part B.

    • Part A: Marks considered for shortlisting.

    • Part B: Qualifying in nature; minimum 35% required.

  3. Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT): For candidates shortlisted after CBT 2.

  4. Document Verification: Final stage.

Note: Only marks obtained in CBT 2 Part A will be considered for shortlisting candidates for CBAT, provided the candidate secures at least 35% in Part B.

💼 Salary Structure

  • Initial Pay: ₹19,900/- per month (Level 2 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix)
